This home in the heart of Crystal Beach will have you in awe of its beauty the moment you step through the door. From the stainless steel appliances and pristine countertops to the spacious guest suites to the private fenced backyard with a private pool and plenty of room to play, this home will host your dream beach vacation and leave you wanting to come back year after year!
LIVING AREA
Watch your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV while you sit back in the plush couch or loveseat or sink down into one of the two chairs for an afternoon nap. The seating area provides ample seating for seven with an additional twelve seats available at the nearby dining table and kitchen bar.
KITCHEN & DINING
Craft your favorite brunch meal or cocktail in the fully-equipped kitchen with ample counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. You’ll find all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to create even the most complex of recipes. When it’s time to dine, you’ll find seating for eight at the dining table with an additional four at the kitchen counter.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The max occupancy of this home is 16 due to local regulations. This home sleeps 20 comfortably – up to 14 adults and 6 children due to bunk bed limitations. The main house is equipped with 3-bedrooms and the carriage house is equipped with 1-bedroom and a living/sleeping combination area.
The first-floor bedroom of the main house features a plush queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. A full bathroom with shower/tub combination is located on the first floor, just down the hall from this bedroom.
The second-floor master bedroom contains a luxurious king-size bed and access to the private 2nd-floor balcony with seating for four where guests can enjoy the most beautiful afternoon sunsets while sipping on a glass of wine. Take a load off and relax in bed while watching the flat-screen TV. The ensuite bathroom equipped with double vanities and a standing shower is perfect to prepare for the day in peace.
The third guest room provides the perfect haven for large families. With a queen-size bed and two full-over-full bunk beds, flat-screen TV, and access to an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combination, this room is sure to be the center of the action!
The carriage house grants guests the unique experience of access to both the main house and separate guest house. The carriage house contains 1-bedroom with a queen-size bed. The living area contains a twin-over-twin bunk bed and has seating for three on the couch with two more at the nearby bistro table. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, sink, and microwave to whip up a quick snack. The couch also folds out to make a queen-size sleeper sofa.
HOUSE AMENITIES
This home features a full-size washer and dryer on the first floor so you won’t have to worry about packing any dirty clothes for the trip home.
Soleil provides an initial starter set of toiletries that includes paper towels, dishwasher soap and liquid dish soap for the kitchen, toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap for each bathroom, and laundry soap for the washer and dryer.
OUTDOOR AREAS AND NEIGHBORHOOD AMENITIES
Relax on the front patio at the outdoor dining table with seating for four and say hello to the families strolling down to the nearby beach access. The private pool is sure to be the focal point of your trip, so take a dip and then work on your tan in one of the six poolside lounge chairs. When it’s time for an afternoon snack, whip something up on the provided gas grill and dine outside by the pool with seating for six at the table.

Guests can park up to four vehicles in the driveway of the home.

This neighborhood is located central to everything that happens in Destin! Take a quick 20-minute car ride to the popular The Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Guests can cross Highway 98 to the expansive Destin Commons shopping center, home of the only Bass Pro Shop in Northwest Florida. If more shopping is in your future, head over to the nearby Silver Sands Premium Outlets and shop 110 designer and name brand stores. When you’re not enjoying the nightlife or designer shopping, soak up the sun on the sugar-white sands of Crystal Beach by using the beach access only 350-feet from your front door on the south end of Shirah Street! Limited parking is available at this beach access.
