This condo features a spacious, open living room, freshly remodeled kitchen, and dining area that flow right out on to the large furnished balcony.
This building is equipped with multiple elevators for easy access.
LIVING AREA
Watch the sunset from the Gulf-view living room featuring a couch and loveseat with seating for five and a 55'' flat-screen TV to catch your favorite movie on. The nearby kitchen island features seating for an additional three and direct balcony access from the living room ensures you will always be able to catch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. The couch pulls out to reveal a sleeper sofa with room for an additional two people when it’s bedtime.
KITCHEN & DINING
Create a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space. You'll find all the cookware, appliances, dishes, and utensils to create even the most complex of recipes. When it's time to enjoy the meal, the oversized kitchen island features plenty of room for three to dine comfortably. If dining outdoors is more to your liking, grab your plate and head out to your private furnished balcony with a dining table overlooking the Gulf with seating for four.

This condo sleeps 8 comfortably - up to 6 adults and 2 children.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, ample storage in the dresser and closet, a large flat-screen TV, and an ensuite master bathroom. The primary bathroom features a standing shower with glass enclosure and a separate soaking tub perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach. Wake up and immediately step through your sliding door with direct access to the balcony from your primary bedroom oasis.
The second bedroom contains a king-size bed, ample storage space, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.
The bunk nook down the hall contains a twin over twin bunk bed suitable only for kids under the age of 14. The second, full bathroom sporting its own shower/tub combination is located just across from the bunk nook for easy access.
The living room features a pull-out sleeper sofa with room for an additional two adults.

This condo features a stackable washer and dryer to take care of your swimsuits at the end of a day at the beach.
A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.

Guests have access to two unassigned parking spaces in the north parking garage. Parking passes and wristbands must be picked up onsite from the front desk upon arrival. The cost is included in your reservation.

If you want to venture away from the resort’s ample supply of things to do, head to Pier Park, the area 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub. We’re happy to take care of these issues if you notice that we missed them; just let us know!
