The beach is mere steps away and can be accessed from the boardwalk right on the ground floor of your tower. Front Beach Road is all about entertainment and incredible dining options from snack bars and seafood markets to coffee shops, barbecues, and more - many within walking distance. During the summer, take a walk down to Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Panama City Beach’s only water park!

Create a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen with ample granite counters and a full suite of stainless-steel appliances! You'll find all the cookware, appliances, dishes, and utensils to create the most delicious of recipes. When it's time to enjoy the meal, the oversized kitchen bar features plenty of room for three to dine comfortably, and the dining table overlooking the Gulf of Mexico seats an additional four on the private balcony.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This condo sleeps 8 comfortably - up to 6 adults and 2 children due to bunk bed limitations.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ample storage in the dresser and closet, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite master bathroom. The master bathroom features both a standing shower and large soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach! Wake up to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico and enjoy direct access to the balcony straight from your bedroom!
The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and flat screen smart TV for your entertainment and features direct access to the shared bathroom.
The bunk nook contains a twin over full bunk bed suitable only for kids under the age of 14.
A second full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination is directly connected to the second bedroom and also accessible from the hallway.
The living room features a pull-out sofa bed with room for an additional two adults.
CONDO AMENITIES
This condo features a stackable washer and dryer to take care of your swimsuits at the end of a day at the beach.
A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, body wash and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.
OUTDOOR AREAS & RESORT AMENITIES
Step out onto the spacious furnished balcony and enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico. The striking panoramic views towering above the neighboring buildings is unmatched! The balcony features a cafe-style table with seating for four to watch the afternoon sun sink below the horizon.

Coming down for sports tournament? You're just minutes away from Frank Brown Park or the new Panama City Beach Sports Complex! Now, let's talk about the crown jewel of any vacation in PCB: the beach! The beach directly behind this resort offers tons of pristine (and recently renourished) sand to stick your toes in! It's an unbelievable sight and experience unmatched anywhere else in the world! When you want to enjoy the beach but don’t want sand in your shoes, take a seat in one of the two raised Adirondack chairs and watch the boats and jet skis pass in the distance.
PARKING
A covered parking garage is accessible for guests. Parking is available for two vehicles. Guests must register and pay in advance of arrival for their parking passes, wristbands, and any pets. Registration is $50 for the first vehicle, payable to the resort directly. The second vehicle (if applicable) is an additional $30 and motorcycles are an additional $15.
THE AREA
If you do want to venture away from the resort's ample supply of things to do, head to Pier Park, the area's 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub, just a short drive away. Enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park or do some fishing at the St. Andrew's State Park. Grab a bite to eat at local favorites like Runaway Island, Moe’s Barbecue, or the famous Sharky’s Beachfront Restaurant. During the summer, take a quick walk to Shipwreck Island Waterpark, PCB’s expansive water and adventure park that the whole family will enjoy!

We do our best to ensure each, and every property is maintained to the absolute highest cleanliness standards, but occasionally we miss a bit of sand (you’re at the beach, after all!) or dust on a ceiling fan. We’re happy to take care of these issues if you notice that we missed them; just let us know!
