LIVING AREA

Step through the front door into this beachy boutique open concept living space with seating for five on a couch and two side chairs. From the driftwood coffee table to the wood-accented chairs, Seagrass Shack’s classic coastal flair will wash over you like the waves of the Gulf of Mexico! Flip to Netflix on the huge flat-screen smart TV and binge watch your favorite show with a bowl of popcorn or turn on the news and catch up on the day while you’re preparing lunch in the nearby kitchen with an open viewing through to the living room.

Enjoy your coffee on the front porch while you people watch or chat with neighbors on their morning stroll or join them and take your puppies for a walk around the neighborhood!

KITCHEN & DINING

Wake up late and craft your favorite brunch meal or cocktail in the fully equipped kitchen with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances. You’ll find all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you’ll need to create even the most complex of recipes. The master bedroom contains a queen-size bed and access to the master ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/shower. A flat-screen TV is wall-mounted for your entertainment.

The second bedroom boasts a full-size bed, perfect for two adults to snuggle up in. This bedroom features direct access to the back patio with two charcoal grills standing by to grill up your favorite steaks or burgers!

The third bedroom features two twin-over-twin bunk beds providing the perfect retreat for all the kids in your group!

There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway near the bunk bedroom containing a bathtub/shower combination.

HOME AMENITIES

This home features a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room off the kitchen to take care of your swimsuits at the end of a day at the beach.

A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, body wash, and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.

OUTDOOR AREAS

This home features two charcoal grills for your use, just be sure to pick up a bag of charcoal!

The Palm Cove neighborhood contains two swimming pools for guests to enjoy when you don’t want to feel the sand between your toes. When you decide the Gulf of Mexico is where you’d rather be, the M.B. Miller County Pier is a short 3-minute drive away and offers ample parking, bathrooms, a fishing pier, and plenty of sugar white sand and beautiful emerald water!

PARKING

Guests have access to the private concrete driveway with room for two vehicles. Street parking is strictly prohibited and will result in your vehicle being towed. There is some overflow parking available at the end of the street.

If you do want to venture away from the home, head to Pier Park, the area's 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub. Enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park, or do some fishing at the St. Andrew's State Park. This home’s prime location ensures access to the pristine white sand beaches of PCB, convenient access to shopping, grocery stores, local attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonder Works, and a huge array of dining options like Patches Pub – ask for the Bangin’ Bloody Mary! For a night of arcade games, racing go-carts or mini-golf, take the family for a quick car ride to Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center. Our system sends your check-in instructions 12-24 hours ahead of your 4pm arrival time. Please be sure to complete your rental agreement for our system to send out this email. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out.

In Panama City Beach, the safety of beachgoers is the top priority. To keep the public informed about the current sea conditions, a color-coded beach flag warning system is in place.

Double Red Flag: Very high hazards, water is closed to the public. Stay out of the water when this flag is flying; failure to comply can result in arrest.

Single Red Flag: High hazards, including high surf and strong currents. Exercise extra caution when a single red flag is present.

Yellow Flag: Moderate surf or currents. Swimming is permitted but be cautious.
