This ground-floor condo eliminates the need to ever step foot on an elevator! Relax on the beautiful white sands of Panama City Beach with your complimentary beach chair setup for two included with your stay! Two beach chairs and an umbrella provided by the beach services vendor are available at your request!

This is a ground-floor condo and although elevators are present in the building, you will not need them to access your condo.

Wake up late and craft your favorite brunch meal or cocktail in the fully-equipped kitchen with ample granite counter space and brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances. You’ll find all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and a full suite of appliances you need to create even the most complex of recipes. When it’s time to dine, six people can dine at the table and an additional three at the kitchen counter.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This condo sleeps 9 comfortably - 8 adults and 1 child due to bunk bed limitations.
This condo features two master bedrooms, both with a king-size bed, ample storage in the dresser and closet, large flat-screen TVs, and an ensuite master bathroom with double vanities. The master bathroom features a shower perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach. Both of the master bedrooms have direct access to the huge Gulf-front balcony allowing guests to wake up and take a few steps to enjoy their morning coffee on the patio.
The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed, twin-over-full bunk bed and ample storage space in the oversized dresser and closet, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. This bedroom is connected to the third full bathroom featuring a standing shower.
CONDO AMENITIES
This condo features a full-size washer and dryer to take care of your swimsuits at the end of a day at the beach. This ground-floor condo is mere steps from the parking lot, ensuring you are spending more time on the beach and less time waiting for elevators!
A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, conditioning shampoo, and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.
OUTDOOR AREAS & RESORT AMENITIES
Step out onto the spacious furnished patio and enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico right in front of you! The balcony patio has multiple chairs and loungers with seating for nine total, a dining table to set your mimosa down during brunch on the patio, and several end tables to lay that book you’re reading down while you take a dip in the pool directly in front of you.
