Step through the front door into the classic Tuscan-inspired kitchen and be immediately greeted with beautifully crafted stone countertops, classic white cabinets, and stone tile along the backsplash. Wake up late and craft your favorite brunch meal or cocktail in the fully equipped kitchen with a full suite of stainless-steel kitchen appliances and ample concrete counterspace. You’ll find all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you’ll need to create even the most complex of recipes. When it’s time to dine, six people can dine at the dining table overlooking the pool area. If dining al fresco is more your style, carry your plate out onto the enclosed patio and dine at the bistro table with seating for two.

If one living room wasn’t enough, a second seating area featuring oversized armchair, bistro table with seating for two and a flat-screen smart TV lies nestled at the end of the hallway. LIVING AREA

With a huge sectional big enough for seven, there’s ample space for everyone to catch up on their favorite show or watch the big game on the flat-screen smart TV. Step directly from the living room out into the enclosed patio and pool area to splash the day away with the family.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This home sleeps 9 comfortably in 4-bedrooms.

The primary bedroom contains a plush queen-size bed, walk-in closet to hide your luggage in, and the primary ensuite bathroom with standing mosaic stone tiled shower, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach! Let the antique décor wisp you away to an age gone by where you can leave all your troubles behind!

The second, third and fourth bedrooms all contain queen-size beds and plenty of closet space.

An oversized armchair in the secondary seating area of the home pulls out to reveal a twin-sized sleeper.

There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway containing a huge standing shower beautifully tiled with stone and river rock.

HOME AMENITIES

This home features a full-size washer and dryer so you never have to go back home with dirty laundry!

A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels and toilet tissue.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Step out onto the spacious patio and pool area, completely covered by a screen enclosure. Relax and sunbathe in one of the two loungers, read a few chapters of your book in the hanging hammock, or plop down in one of the oversized wooden rocking chairs. PARKING

Guests have access to the private concrete driveway with room for three to four vehicles, depending on vehicle size. Street parking is strictly prohibited and will result in your vehicle being towed. The garage is not accessible for parking vehicles in.

If you do want to venture away from the home, take up a round of golf at Crane Creek Reserve, within walking distance! Take a short drive to the public beaches of Florida’s Atlantic coast and spend the day soaking up the sun and working on your tan! For the science lovers in the group, spend a day or two at Kennedy Space Center and learn about all the exciting developments and projects that NASA and SpaceX are working on. Want to take your vacation even further? Book a cruise and depart straight from Port Canaveral, just a short drive up the coast. If shopping is more your style, browse through the stores of Melbourne Square where you’re sure to find something with over 125 stores to choose from! Double Red Flag: Very high hazards, water is closed to the public. Stay out of the water when this flag is flying; failure to comply can result in arrest.

Single Red Flag: High hazards, including high surf and strong currents. Exercise extra caution when a single red flag is present.

Yellow Flag: Moderate surf or currents. Swimming is permitted but be cautious.
