Bring the pups and let them enjoy the sunshine in the large, fenced yard. They’ll love to walk with you to the boat ramp just down the street on your evening stroll.  (On a leash of course!) Speaking of boats, bring yours with you and launch it from the public boat ramp less than a 5-minute walk away. All of this, and you’ll still be within walking distance of the sugar-white sand of the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches and several amazing family friendly restaurants.

LIVING AREA

Unlock the front door and step into your beach retreat and switch into vacation mode! Take off your shoes and relax. After all, you’re at the beach! Whether you plan to prepare your meals in the well-equipped kitchen with a full suite of brand-new stainless-steel appliances or order your food to go from one of the many grab-and-go options nearby, there’s room for everyone to dine comfortably.  The only decision you’ll have to make is whether to sit at the bar with seating for four or choose to gather around the coffee table for food and board games! Enjoy your meal and movie night with your family while making use of the large flat-screen TV.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ample storage in the dresser and closet, a large flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom just steps away. The bathroom features a shower/tub combination perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach or giving your furry family members a bath after spending a day at St. Andrew’s State Park!

The living room also offers a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa.  

HOUSE AMENITIES

This home features a full-size washer and dryer to take care of your swimsuits at the end of a day at the beach.

A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, body wash and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.

OUTDOOR AREAS

You’ll love the scent of the salt air as you relax on the back deck with your coffee or early morning mimosa! Listen for the sound of the waves of the Gulf of Mexico just blocks away or plan your fishing trip and use the nearby public boat ramp to launch. As the day unwinds, grab your swimsuits and floats and stroll across Thomas Drive to the beach access for a day of fun in the sun!  

PARKING

This home has a private driveway that will easily accommodate two cars.  Or bring your boat/wave runners to enjoy during your stay.  The boat dock is just a short drive away at the lagoon.

THE AREA

This home’s location just off Thomas Drive puts you right in the middle of the action, but still far away so the action doesn’t bother you! Located between the lagoon and the Gulf, you have the best of both!  This is a great location to bring your boat or wave runners and launch them 3 minutes away at the boat ramp.

For a night of arcade games, racing go-carts or mini golf, take the family for a quick walk to Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center.  Walking distance to restaurants and clubs, the Thomas Drive area ensures close access to the pristine white sand beaches of PCB, convenient access to shopping, grocery stores, local attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonder Works, and a huge array of dining options like Longboard’s and Hammerhead Fred’s within just a short drive away.

If you want to venture away from the nearby things to do, head to Pier Park, the area's 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub. Enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park, or do some fishing at the St. Andrew's State Park. Check out Frank Brown Park featuring a heated Olympic-size swimming pool, multiple sports courts and fields, two fenced dog parks, and a children’s aquatic center for a more controlled environment. Check their website for info on the heated pool. Frank Brown has so much more to offer in it’s 200+ acres dedicated to outdoor recreation. Be sure to plan a day of splashing at Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Panama City Beach’s only waterpark, with over 20 acres of water rides and pools for the entire family. Be sure to check the calendar, Shipwreck Island is only open seasonally.

ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS 

Our system sends your check-in instructions 12-24 hours ahead of your 4pm arrival time. Please be sure to complete your rental agreement for our system to send out this email. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out.

FLAG WARNINGS & THINGS TO KNOW

In Panama City Beach, the safety of beachgoers is the top priority. To keep the public informed about the current sea conditions, a color-coded beach flag warning system is in place.

Double Red Flag: Very high hazards, water is closed to the public. Stay out of the water when this flag is flying; failure to comply can result in arrest.

Single Red Flag: High hazards, including high surf and strong currents. Exercise extra caution when a single red flag is present.

Yellow Flag: Moderate surf or currents. Swimming is permitted but be cautious.

Your safety is the utmost importance, so always follow beach flag warnings for a safe and enjoyable beach experience in Panama City Beach.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent the property.
Up to 2 dogs are welcome with an additional $125/pet fee.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
The top bunk is intended for children aged 14 years or younger and weighing less than 125 pounds.

Please be aware that this property is in an area of Panama City Beach with ongoing development and exciting changes. You may experience neighboring construction during your visit.
