LIVING AREA

Step through the door of this beautiful newly constructed home with high recessed ceilings and an open concept living, dining, and kitchen space, perfect for family gatherings and game nights. When it’s time to relax, there is ample seating for seven on the plush couch, love seat and two-foot stools for the kids. Flip to Netflix on the flat-screen smart TV and binge watch your favorite show or hang out with the family and catch a football game. Relax on the covered balcony with seating for four in outdoor chairs and say hello to all the beachgoers walking to and from the beach. The couch in the living room also pulls out to reveal a queen-size sofa sleeper.

KITCHEN & DINING

Wake up late and craft your favorite brunch meal or cocktail in the fully equipped kitchen with ample granite counter space and a full suite of stainless-steel kitchen appliances. You’ll find all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you’ll need to create even the most complex of recipes. When it’s time to dine, six people can dine at the table and an additional three at the kitchen island. Additional seating for six can be found at the dining table on the back patio overlooking the spacious backyard and private pool.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This home sleeps 11 comfortably – up to 9 adults and 2 children due to bunk-bed limitations.

The primary suite features a king-size bed, ample storage in the dresser and closet, flat-screen smart TV, and an ensuite master bathroom with bathtub/shower combination, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach.

The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and ample storage space in the closet, and a flat-screen smart TV for entertainment.

The third bedroom contains a twin-over-full bunk bed for children under the age of 14. This room also hosts an individual twin bed perfect for your teen and a pull-out twin trundle when you need that extra space.

The living room couch pulls out to a queen-size sleeper sofa.

There is a shared full bathroom near the second and third bedrooms on the first floor containing a bathtub/shower combination.

A half-bathroom sits conveniently right off the kitchen.

HOME AMENITIES

This home features a full-size washer and dryer to take care of your swimsuits at the end of a day at the beach.

A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, conditioning shampoo, and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Step out onto the spacious patio and enjoy your morning coffee at the table with seating for six under the large umbrella, complete with built-in LED lights! Fancy yourself a grill master? Fire up the provided gas grill and serve a barbeque dinner to your family while watching the kids splash in the private pool. A tanning ledge built into the pool allows guests to lay out and take in all the vitamin D that PCB can offer!

At night, light a campfire in the wood-burning firepit and enjoy s’mores and stories with the family. There is ample seating for six around the firepit in large Adirondack chairs.

Forget your sunscreen? Take a quick 3-minute drive down the street to Alvin’s Island and grab all your beach essentials without ever having to get sand in your car!

PARKING

Guests have access to a private concrete driveway and two car garage. There is room for up to three vehicles in the driveway (as size permits) and two mid-size vehicles in the garage. Full size trucks and SUVs will not fit in the garage. Street parking is not permitted, but trailer or boat parking is allowed in the driveway.

THE AREA

If you do want to venture away from the resort's ample supply of things to do, head to Pier Park, the area's 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub. Enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park, or do some fishing at the St. Andrew's State Park. This home’s prime location ensures access to the pristine white sand beaches of PCB, convenient access to shopping, grocery stores, local attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonder Works, and a huge array of dining options like Patches Pub within walking distance – ask for the Bangin’ Bloody Mary! For a night of arcade games, racing go-carts or mini-golf, take the family for a quick car ride to Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center.

Our system sends your check-in instructions 12-24 hours ahead of your 4pm arrival time. Please be sure to complete your rental agreement for our system to send out this email. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out.

In Panama City Beach, the safety of beachgoers is the top priority. To keep the public informed about the current sea conditions, a color-coded beach flag warning system is in place.

Double Red Flag: Very high hazards, water is closed to the public. Stay out of the water when this flag is flying; failure to comply can result in arrest.

Single Red Flag: High hazards, including high surf and strong currents. Exercise extra caution when a single red flag is present.

Yellow Flag: Moderate surf or currents. Swimming is permitted but be cautious.
