LIVING AREA

Step through the door into the open floorplan of this beachy boutique designed living space with room for five people in the living room. This room boasts a couch and two side chairs with additional seating for six at the dining table and three barstools at the counter. Flip to Netflix on the huge flat-screen smart TV and binge watch your favorite show with a bowl of popcorn. The couch folds out to a queen-size sofa sleeper for two adults. There is a covered patio with dining for four and a gas barbeque to grill burgers and hotdogs.

KITCHEN & DINING

Wake up late and craft your favorite brunch meal or cocktail in the fully equipped kitchen with a full suite of appliances. You’ll find all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you’ll need to create even the most complex of recipes or simple snacks to munch on while lounging by the community pool. When it’s time to dine, six people can dine at the table with space for an additional three at the breakfast bar. Want to dine outside? Head out to the back patio with seating for four and enjoy the Florida sun.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This home sleeps 10 comfortably.

The ground floor master bedroom contains a king-size bed and access to the master ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. A flat-screen TV is wall-mounted for your entertainment.

There is a half bath right off the kitchen for your convenience.

Two more bedrooms are located upstairs. The second bedroom boasts two full beds, perfect for your teenagers to retreat to.

The third bedroom features a king-size bed, and a flat-screen TV that will be perfect as an additional quiet place to kick back and enjoy some down time or grab a nap before heading out to dinner.

There is a shared jack and jill bathroom containing a bathtub/shower combination connecting the two second-floor bedrooms.

HOME AMENITIES

This home features a full-size washer and dryer to take care of your swimsuits at the end of a day at the beach.

A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, conditioning shampoo, body wash, and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The Palm Cove neighborhood contains two swimming pools for guests to enjoy when you don’t want to feel the sand between your toes. When you decide the Gulf of Mexico is where you’d rather be, the M.B. Miller County Pier is a short 3-minute drive away and offers ample parking, bathrooms, a fishing pier, and plenty of sugar white sand and beautiful emerald water!

PARKING

Guests have access to the private concrete driveway with room for two vehicles. Street parking is strictly prohibited and will result in your vehicle being towed. There is some overflow parking available at the end of the street.

THE AREA

If you do want to venture away from the home, head to Pier Park, the area's 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub. Enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park, or do some fishing at the St. Andrew's State Park. This home’s prime location ensures access to the pristine white sand beaches of PCB, convenient access to shopping, grocery stores, local attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonder Works, and a huge array of dining options like Patches Pub – ask for the Bangin’ Bloody Mary! For a night of arcade games, racing go-carts or mini-golf, take the family for a quick car ride to Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center. During the summer months, Shipwreck Island Water Park is open daily and offers a huge variety of rides and pools for a day splashing in a controlled, sand-free environment.

In Panama City Beach, the safety of beachgoers is the top priority. To keep the public informed about the current sea conditions, a color-coded beach flag warning system is in place.

Double Red Flag: Very high hazards, water is closed to the public. Stay out of the water when this flag is flying; failure to comply can result in arrest.

Single Red Flag: High hazards, including high surf and strong currents. Exercise extra caution when a single red flag is present.

Yellow Flag: Moderate surf or currents. Swimming is permitted but be cautious.
