The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and ensuite access to the second full bathroom with a glass standing shower as well.

If a couple extra sleeping spaces are needed, pull the hidden sleeper sofa out from the living room couch with room for up to two adults.

Three gulf front pools (one that is seasonally heated), volleyball courts, lighted tennis courts plus basketball and shuffleboard are available when beach activities get the best of you! Enjoy dinner around the outdoor picnic tables before heading over to Stingray’s where an onsite snack bar ensures that drinks and snacks will never be far away. 

PARKING 

Make sure you swing by the office in Building C and pick up your parking passes – two provided free of charge with each reservation. Our friendly security guard is there for you if arriving after hours - just follow their instructions for a smooth check-in process. Please note that each stay allows two cars maximum, so plan accordingly. The parking lot is an open-air lot without the need to worry about vehicle height in a parking garage!

THE AREA

If you do want to venture away from the resort's ample supply of things to do, head to Pier Park, the area's 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub. Enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park, or do some fishing at the St. Andrew's State Park which is less than a mile away. Southwind’s prime location ensures access to the pristine white sand beaches of PCB, convenient access to shopping, grocery stores, local attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonder Works, and a huge array of dining options like Patches Pub within walking distance – ask for the Bangin’ Bloody Mary! Our system sends your check-in instructions 12-24 hours ahead of your 4pm arrival time. Please be sure to complete your rental agreement for our system to send out this email. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out.

FLAG WARNINGS & THINGS TO KNOW

In Panama City Beach, the safety of beachgoers is the top priority. To keep the public informed about the current sea conditions, a color-coded beach flag warning system is in place.

Double Red Flag: Very high hazards, water is closed to the public. Stay out of the water when this flag is flying; failure to comply can result in arrest.

Single Red Flag: High hazards, including high surf and strong currents. Exercise extra caution when a single red flag is present.

Yellow Flag: Moderate surf or currents. Swimming is permitted but be cautious.

Your safety is the utmost importance, so always follow beach flag warnings for a safe and enjoyable beach experience in Panama City Beach.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent the property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
The top bunk is intended for children aged 14 years or younger and weighing less than 125 pounds.

Please be aware that this property is in an area of Panama City Beach with ongoing development and exciting changes. You may experience neighboring construction during your visit.
