The beach is mere steps away and it can be accessed by the boardwalk on the Gulf side of the building. Front Beach Road is all about entertainment and incredible dining options from snack bars and seafood markets to the famous Dusty’s Oyster Bar!

LIVING AREA

The living room features a plush sectional sofa with seating for six and direct access to your private balcony – one of the largest balconies of any building in Panama City Beach! A cable-ready flatscreen TV makes the living area a perfect place for everyone to kickback and unwind.

KITCHEN & DINING

Create a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space and a full suite of stainless-steel appliances. You'll find all the cookware, appliances, dishes, and utensils you’ll need to create the most delicious of recipes. When it's time to enjoy the meal, the dining table features plenty of room for six to dine comfortably with two extra chairs available at the kitchen bar. Want to dine overlooking the Gulf of Mexico? Grab your glass of wine and head out to your private balcony and watch the sunset as you reminisce about your day at the beach. The balcony table features room for four to dine listening to the seabirds in the distance.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This condo sleeps 4 comfortably.

The primary bedroom features a comfy king-size bed, ample storage in the dresser and closet, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom features a glass standing shower perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach.

The guest bedroom contains a queen-size bed, plenty of storage, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

A second full bathroom featuring a bathtub/shower combination sits attached to the guest bedroom and accessible from the living room.

CONDO AMENITIES

This condo features a full-size washer and dryer to take care of your swimsuits at the end of a day at the beach.

A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, body wash and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.

OUTDOOR AREAS & RESORT AMENITIES

Step out onto the huge furnished balcony and enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico directly on the ocean. Soak in the striking panoramic views towering above the beautiful beaches below! Look closely and you might even catch a group of dolphins popping up every now and then. The balcony features two bar-height Adirondack chairs, perfect for your coffee or wine and watching the sunset disappear below the horizon. The balcony also boasts a large dining table for four, and two Adirondack loungers.

PARKING

This condo has one reserved parking space allotted. Overflow parking is available across the street in the north parking deck, but space is extremely limited and not guaranteed. We strongly recommend guests bring only one car when possible. The garage clearance height is 7-feet. Your parking passes and wristbands are included in the cost of your reservation and no additional fees will be due.

THE AREA

This fantastic west end resort ensures direct access to the soft, white sandy beaches of PCB, convenient access to grocery stores, and just a short drive to local attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonder Works and Shipwreck Island. Be sure to check out some of the local’s favorite eateries including Salty Sue’s, Mike’s Café & Oyster Bar, The Sandbar, or a quick bite at Coconut’s. Visit Thomas’s Donuts and Ice Cream with views of the beach; don’t get discouraged by the lines – it’s worth the wait! 

If you want to venture away from the resort's ample supply of fun things to do, head to Pier Park, the area's 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub. Enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park or do some kayaking at Camp Helen State Park. Spend an afternoon on 30A checking out the shops and famous restaurants or admiring the artwork placed around Alys Beach.

Our system sends your check-in instructions 12-24 hours ahead of your 4pm arrival time. Please be sure to complete your rental agreement for our system to send out this email. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out.

FLAG WARNINGS & THINGS TO KNOW

In Panama City Beach, the safety of beachgoers is the top priority. To keep the public informed about the current sea conditions, a color-coded beach flag warning system is in place.

Double Red Flag: Very high hazards, water is closed to the public. Stay out of the water when this flag is flying; failure to comply can result in arrest.

Single Red Flag: High hazards, including high surf and strong currents. Exercise extra caution when a single red flag is present.

Yellow Flag: Moderate surf or currents. Swimming is permitted but be cautious.

Your safety is the utmost importance, so always follow beach flag warnings for a safe and enjoyable beach experience in Panama City Beach.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent the property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
The top bunk is intended for children aged 14 years or younger and weighing less than 125 pounds.
