Cancellation / Refund Policy
• Cancellations made outside of 45 days to arrival → full refund, minus 10% of the total reservation value.
• Reservations canceled within 45 days to arrival → forfeit the total reservation value.
• No-shows, early departures, or failure to make remaining payments → no refund, except when a local state of emergency exists and an evacuation order is declared by local authorities.
